Why Business Revenue Authority exists.

A resource for independent business owners who have outgrown what got them here — and need to understand what comes next.

Mission

To provide independent business owners with honest, practical, operator-informed guidance on what holds businesses at their current revenue level — and what it takes to move past it.

Who We Serve

Business owners doing $250,000 to $1,000,000 in annual revenue across industries, who have proven they can build something and are ready to understand how to build it better.

Who Operates This

Business Revenue Authority is operated by Acquire — a business systems and advisory firm. Acquire works with business owners to install the operating systems their businesses need to scale without scaling the owner's personal workload with them.

About Cecil Jones Jr., Founder of Acquire

[FOUNDER BIO — Replace this placeholder with 4-6 sentences in first person, operator voice. Describe your background in real estate and business systems. What you observed inside businesses at the $250K–$1M level that made building this resource necessary. What you believe about how independent businesses actually grow. No credentials-listing. No hype. Write it like you're explaining to a peer why this resource needed to exist.]

What I know for certain after three decades of operating businesses and watching others do the same: the difference between the business owner who burns out and the one who builds something that outlasts them is almost never talent, market, or capital. It is almost always structure — or the absence of it.

I built Acquire because I stopped wanting to watch good operators fail for avoidable reasons. Business Revenue Authority is the educational front door to that work — the resource I wish had existed when I was figuring this out the hard way.
